How to order

"By Jools" jewellery can be securely purchased through this website using paypal. Just click "add to cart" on any product that you wish to buy. When you are ready to pay go to your cart and from there checkout. Payment can be made through Paypal using their secure server or by cheque/postal order (UK only). You do not need a paypal account to pay via paypal.

Disptach and made to order designs  

All items (with the exception of pendants and "one off" pieces) are made to order. They will usually be sent out within 7 - 10 days from receipt of payment.

If it is likely to take longer you will be informed as quickly as possible. You are welcome to get in touch prior to ordering to find out how long your order will take. If you have a specific time limit every attempt will be made to meet this for you. Orders cannot be despatched until full payment is received.

Delivery

All UK orders will be sent by recorded delivery at an additional cost of £2.50 this ensures that your parcel is trackable and insured. This method is guaranteed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days and will require a signature. If you require delivery to an alternative address please e.mail me with your order to specify this. International orders are sent using recorded airmail method, parcels usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days. The cost for airmail recorded delivery is £5.00. Order shipping outside of the EU must have a customs form attached which will clearly state the contents and value of what is inside. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional fees incurred.

Returns  

Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have any queries or problems please do let us know and we will try to help. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty you should notify us by e.mail or letter within seven days of delivery. These goods will be replaced free of charge or a full refund issued. The goods must be returned to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

Cancellation

In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, I am unable to accept the return of earrings for pierced ears.

You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days. If you wish to cancel the order please give notice by e.mail or letter. if you cancel your order after delivery you must return the goods to us in a new and unused condition at your own expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. We are unable to refund any postage charges unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We will issue a refund if you cancel and return the order within 30 days of cancellation. If you do not return the goods as required we may charge you a sum not exceeding direct costs of recoverng the goods. You must obtain a certificate of posting for return of the goods.

Earrings

Extras: If you would like different fittings on your earrings please e.mail us after your order has been placed.

*Nickel free: unless otherwise stated all gold and silver plated fittings are nickel free.

Please note:  All the jewellery that you see on this website has been made by hand and therefore small imperfections are to be expected. "By Jools" jewellery is not a machine manufactured look. The piece shown in the photograph is not always the one that you will receive but every effort is made to ensure that duplicates are not too different to the orignal. Natural materials will of course vary.
